The Quatuor project spans approximately 61,000 m² and is already the headquarters of Beobank and house a 10,000 m² co-working center powered by Silversquare. This innovative development in Brussels offers a wide range of services, including co-working spaces, meeting rooms, shops, restaurants, bank branches, corporate gyms, showers, lockers, and secure parking for cars and bikes.
The defining feature of the four buildings is their façade, which combines unitised systems with stone cladding and stick systems. We are proud to have contributed to this project by providing state-of-the-art site management, resolving snagging issues, and installing crown unitised elements, ensuring its success and functionality.

This project occupies a significant location in the heart of Liège, close to Place de l'Opera, steeped in history with the former Crosly cinema, Trianon theater, and former offices of the newspaper LaMeuse. Comprising five buildings situated on a shared base, it houses a total of 68 apartments spread across 4 to 6 floors. The basement provides both commercial space and parking, accommodating up to 94 cars across two lower levels.
One of the distinctive features of this development is the installation of high-quality aluminum windows, doors, and sliding doors, elevating the overall aesthetics and functionality. Additionally, we provided comprehensive site management services to ensure the successful execution of the project, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and convenience for its occupants.
